Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized person for the position of Sales Support Administrator in our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for sales activities and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Verbal and written communication with customers regarding products and services in the company’s assortment
- Administrative support for sales, including preparing offers and invoices.
- Updating the customer database.
- Entering and updating data in the CRM system and monitoring results.
- Analysis and monitoring of new customers.
- Preparing reports on the technical and sales department’s results.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Vocational or higher education.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Proactivity, organizational skills, and independence in work.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable but not mandatory.
- Category B driver’s license.
